Marina Bulkhead Replacement Update
We are pleased to announce that the bulkhead replacement work has been completed. Green tape has been placed around the newly sodded area near the boat ramp to prevent vehicles from parking on the new grass (see pics below). The tape is not to prevent residents from walking in the area, so feel free to do so; however, please exercise caution as multiple water hoses/sprinklers are in place to keep the new grass watered.
Pool Update
The pool will be closed for construction work on Tuesday, May 27, and will reopen on Wednesday, May 28.
Current Events
You’re invited to join us for a favorite summertime tradition— our 3rd Annual Summertime Kickoff BBQ on Saturday, June 21 starting at 6PM.
Let’s celebrate the season with delicious food, great company, and plenty of fun in the sun. A few generous neighbors will be providing smoked brisket and sausages, and we kindly ask everyone to bring their own beverages and a side dish to share.
We’d also love a few helping hands!
If you’re available, please join us at 4 PM to help set up the clubhouse. And if you have a cornhole set or any other outdoor games, feel free to bring them along! 😊 There will be a water slide set up in the Marina!
